Chimoca is an acronym for Chicago, Motown, and Canada.
The significance of this is that the members of the group are from these areas and the resulting sound and feel is very deep.
The band is made up of Osee Anderson from Chicago, Lorenzo "Spoons" Brown from Detroit, Ian McGregor Smith, Ryan Fontaine, Kevin Venney, and Ray Chattergee are from Canada |
